Whole Home Air Purifier
Opening your windows is a great way to bring fresh air into your home, but sometimes it’s not an option. Whether it’s allergy season, summer heat, or winter cold, circumstances often require a comprehensive solution for fresh indoor air all year round.
Introducing the REME HALO and HALO-LED whole home air purifiers. These award-winning models represent the next generation of indoor air quality technology. What sets the REME HALO apart from other, similar devices? Two things: It’s capable of purifying every cubic inch of air that your central air conditioning system handles, and it recreates nature’s process for purifying the air.
Why invest in a whole home air purifier? It improves your indoor air quality more than a HEPA filter alone. REME HALO reduces common allergens and allergy triggers. You also won’t have to deal with odors from cooking, pets, dirty laundry, diapers, and musty odors.
REME HALO reduces particulates, pollen, dust, dander, mold spores, bacteria, and viruses.
This whole home air purifier has been tested on E. coli, MRSA, and Norwalk, among others. It kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold, and viruses in your home. It also reduces sneeze germs by up to 99%, while zinc ions kill 99% of viruses on surfaces. Think how important pure air is when it comes to cold and flu season, allergies, and chronic lung problems such as asthma. Pandemics such as COVID-19 may also create breathing difficulties for your family.
The REME HALO-LED is an industry first. This whole home air purifier is mercury-free and produces zero ozone. It’s a powerful, eco-friendly option for destroying microbes, mold, bacteria, and viruses. It also improves your indoor air quality by reducing smoke, odors, VOCs, allergens, dust, and particulate matter that may infiltrate your home’s air ducts.
Current UV lamp technology is great, but the HALO-LED lasts up to 2.5 times longer. The LED modules are also replaceable, so you won’t need to purchase a new unit just to maintain optimal performance.
Let’s Discuss the Install
Installations typically take an hour for experienced HVAC installers. Our techs are fully trained to install the REME HALO and HALO-LED whole home air purifiers.
During installation, our tech will cut a hole in the ductwork near the furnace in your home. Then the tech installs the device in your ductwork, wires it for electricity, tests it for fit and function, and finally reseals the ductwork to ensure airtight installation.
Let’s Explain Any Repairs
REME HALO has a warranty for five years on the ballast and two years on the cell. The HALO-LED features a world-class seven-year warranty on the ballast and four-year warranty on the cell. These units turn on and off with your HVAC unit controlled by the thermostat.
Because the REME HALO and HALO-LED require expert installation, a service tech should also handle any repairs.
Let’s Talk About Maintenance
These whole home air purifiers are meant to be standalone devices with very little maintenance. After several years of operation, you’ll need to replace the cells. Both the HALO REME and HALO-LED are designed with quick release for the cell and housing, so replacement is always easy. If you notice your indoor air quality isn’t what it used to be, contact Air Authority and we’ll take a look. The HALO-LED has self-cleaning ionizers that don’t need regular maintenance.
